Hi, I'm Olivia Dunham

I’ve been in real estate for 18 years. I started in 2008, right when the market crashed, so I learned this business the hard way: every deal mattered, and every client was going through something real.

I’m an Escondido native, and I raised my 3 boys here in North San Diego County. I’m a baseball and football mom, and on my days off you’ll find me in the mountains, at the beach or in my kitchen. I went to culinary school before real estate became my career.

Why clients work with me

Before real estate, I was an operations manager for large banks and local credit unions. That background shows up in how I run every transaction: organized, on time and nothing missed.

Today I’m a Contract Specialist with SPACE Real Estate under LPT Realty. I manage transaction coordination for California and mentor the newer agents on our team. When your contract has a tricky contingency or a tight deadline, you’re working with the person other agents call for help.

My life is busy, and so is yours. That’s why I’m efficient and protect the time I give each client. I hate missing deadlines. I get the job done well and on time. And because every deal can be sensitive, I work so that everyone wins.

Where I work

I focus on Carlsbad, Encinitas, Point Loma, Rancho Santa Fe, Escondido and Valley Center, and I also serve the rest of Southern California, including the desert.
